As part of a Seafood Week activities, chef lecturers from Adam Smith College presented a day of seafood cookery demonstrations at the Scottish Fisheries Museum in Anstruther. People asked if they could get the recipes ... so here they are, with our thanks to the staff at Adam Smith College.
