Smoked Fish Pie


1 fillet of cod
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
150mls milk
pepper to taste

Smoked Fish Pie

Peel and chop the potatoes and boil them in water until soft. Place the fish and the milk in a pan and season with pepper. Bring up to simmering point and cook gently for 3-4 minutes. Strain and reserve liquid. Place the fish in an oven dish and chop hard-boiled eggs and parsley before adding to the fish. Make a mash with the potatoes. Add the liquid to the dish and top with the mashed potatoes, bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
